The RACT Insurance/RACT Community Fund offers small grants, twice a year, to non-profit community groups to assist with local, community-building projects.

The RACT Insurance/RACT Community Fund offers small grants, twice a year, to non-profit community groups to assist with community-building, local projects. Since its inception in 2008 we have proudly assisted over 100 Tasmanian groups with their community projects. Often operated by volunteers, these organisations and the projects they run make a real difference to the community.

Completed applications can be submitted;

Your application will be assessed by a panel of senior RACT Insurance and RACT personnel and we will advise the outcome.

If you are experiencing difficulty in filling out our application form, please download the latest version of Adobe Reader​ and open the form using that program. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please email us at communityfund@ract.com.au or call 6236 4325.

Applications are now closed. The next round will open in October 2017. 

Emergency Flood Community Fund 

RACT Insurance along with RACT is responding to the flood disaster that has occurred around Tasmania. Applications for an Emergency Community Fund are now open to community groups and non-profit organisations that are seeking funding to help assist with recovery projects. 

Please feel free to download the RACT Emergency Community Fund guidelines to check your eligibility and for details on how to apply.

As the full impacts of the weather event are still being felt, there is currently no closing date for applications.
