The RACT has nine branches around Tasmania where you'll receive friendly, personal service from our experienced and well-qualified staff.

Whether you need assistance with membership, insurance, travel or any of our other services, our staff will be happy to help. Branch business hours are Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5pm.

To pay for your insurance or membership by phone or for general enquiries, please call us on 13 27 22. Our customer service line is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

The claims department is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm. Outside of these hours customers can still lodge a claim through our after-hours claims service.

Vehicle Inspection is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. For Roadside, call 13 11 11 twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
