RACT Insurance offers Building, Contents, Personal Effects, Strata and even Investor cover to ensure your most valuable assets are protected.

Building Insurance

• Safety Net home protection

If your home is damaged by an insured event and the cost of repairing or rebuilding it exceeds the Sum Insured, we will pay up to a further 25% of your Sum Insured to: repair damage; rebuild your home; or pay you what it would reasonably cost us to repair or rebuild your home.

• Lifetime guarantee on home repairs
• Flood and Storm damage cover inclusive
• Temporary housing during repairs up to 10% of the sum insuredif you're unable to reside in your home
• Add your choice of options* (variable excess, accidental damage, storm damage to gates and fences, damage to electric motors)

*Some options incur an additional premium.

Contents Insurance

• Unlimited cover for CD's and DVD's as a result of a listed event
• Unlimited household computer equipment included as part of your contents
• Damage caused by power surge
• Add your choice of options* (variable excess, accidental damage, damage to electric motors)

Personal Effects Insurance

Note: This product must be purchased with Contents Insurance

• Cover for accidental loss or damage
• Cover available for mobile phones and laptops
• Choice of specified or unspecified cover

Strata Insurance

If you held our Strata Building Insurance, you would be covered for Insured Events, eg, Fire, Storm, Flood etc, as well as the 25% Safety Net if the cost of repairing damage or rebuilding your Strata Building exceeds your Sum Insured.

You would also be covered for:

• Common Area Liability
• Common Contents
• Embezzlement of Funds
• Office Bearers Liability
• Lifetime Guarantee on Repairs

• Theft by tenants or their guests
