We understand how stressful it can be when the time comes to make a claim, so we endeavour to make the claims process as easy as possible.
With our personalised service there is no need to complete claim forms, just call our 24/7 hotline on
13 27 22. To lodge a claim, you will need to allow approximately 5 to 10 minutes. During this time we will ask you a number of questions that will enable us to lodge your claim over the phone. All claims are processed locally.
To ensure you get great service we need to discuss the claim with you personally. This enables us to properly assess how we can best assist you. Normally we will need to speak to the person whose name is on the policy but when this is not possible the policy holder may call us to authorise a friend or family member to lodge a claim on their behalf.
