Josephine Archer - Director
Jo Archer, of Launceston, joined the Board in 2006. She is a director of RACT Auto Glass Pty Ltd, member of the RACT's Road & Traffic Committee and the Northern Regional Advisory Committee which focuses on regional road safety and traffic issues.
In her role as the Engagement and Marketing Manager of the Recovery Program Network, Jo works to create engagement partnerships and build fund raising capacity for a group of organisations that provide support and rehabilitation services to people with life-controlling illnesses.
In a previous role as Engagement and Development Manager for UTAS Jo’s role was to build links and partnerships between the University and its numerous internal and external communities and stakeholders.
Through the turbulent years from 1998 to 2008, she was the Executive Officer of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce. and prior to that, Sales Manager for the Tasmanian Convention Bureau.
Jo also runs her own consultancy business, Linking Tasmania, Chair the Tamar Community Peace Trust and is an active graduate, Fellow and State Councillor of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
