We understand how stressful it can be when the time comes to make a claim, so we endeavour to make the claims process as easy as possible.
At RACT Insurance we understand that not all claims are the same and sometimes you need help fast. That’s why we have our Claims Emergency Service that operates 24 hours per day – 7 days per week.
Simply ring us on 13 27 22 and let us know the nature of your emergency. We will then determine how we can best assist you straight away. We will contact you the next working day to make sure you are happy with the progress and discuss with you the steps required to complete your claim.
Claims made simple
Making an insurance claim is simple – just call us on 13 27 22. With our personalised service there is no need to complete claim forms, just call us during normal business hours (Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.30pm) and you can lodge your claim over the phone.
To lodge a claim, you will need to allow approximately 5 to 10 minutes. During this time we will ask you a number of questions that will enable us to lodge your claim over the phone. All claims are processed locally.
