Helping our staff, members and the community get back on track as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted is our number one priority.
    Service updates 

    We remain committed to your health and safety, and that of our staff. We are closely following all health department advice, and putting in place strict measures to ensure we all remain safe.

    We would like to update you on our activities as we continue on the road to recovery.

    These include:

    • Our branches are now open and ready for you to visit with strict health and safety guidelines.
    • Our Destinations properties are open, with strict social distancing and health and safety practices in place.
    • Our Gordon River Cruises on Spirit of the Wild have commenced, again with strict health and safety guidelines in place.
    • Driver Training is open for lessons and assessments. We ask that all students adhere to the guidelines put in place by our COVID-19 trained staff.
    • Our education programs  are back up and running, while adhering to strict safety protocols. You can register for these face-to-face and virtual programs now. 
    • We're now taking registration enquiries for Business Safety Essential courses based on individual requirements.
    • Fittings for child seats are now available in Launceston and Hobart. You can request a fitting for this service.
    • We are still be providing customer service via phone and online – including quotes, claims and policy updates.
