If your property has been damaged, please don't attempt or authorise any repairs unless they are emergency repairs that are reasonably necessary to prevent further loss and it is safe to do so. If you need emergency repairs, please try calling us first 24/7 on 13 27 22.
During these event we receive large volumes of calls, and we always attempt to get to your calls as fast as we can. If your claim is not urgent, you may be able to lodge your claim online through your Member Hub.
If you've had to leave your property, only return once it's safe to do so.
What happens next?
Depending on the extent of the damage, we may send someone to assess your property. We'll then work with you to either repair or rebuild. In some circumstances, we may agree to cash settle you.*
If you can no longer live in your home, we'll also pay reasonable costs for temporary accommodation.*
