SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY
Putting our mental health first.
Although 2020 is well and truly behind us, the effects of last year’s events are still being felt by many. Whether it’s financial stress, changes to employment, separation from family or feeling uncertain about the future, we’re all coping with these situations differently. We want to help you find the right support. When seeking help, it’s important to find a resource you feel comfortable and safe with. There’s a range of options available in person, online or over the phone. It may take a few tries to find the best fit for you, but we encourage you to keep going until you make a connection that resonates.
Free online wellbeing series.
To help you get started, we’ve teamed up with local organisation SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY to offer a free online wellbeing series for our members. We’ll be running four live 30-minute sessions in April, focusing on five ways to make a difference and supportive conversations, as well as building resilience and self-care.

5 ways to make a difference & supportive conversations.
This session will cover five ways we can make a difference when it comes to having supportive conversations with our family, friends, work colleagues and community. It’ll highlight the importance of checking in, listening, getting help, lifting those around us and the power of kindness.
Building resilience & self-care.
In this session we’ll focus on resilience, why it’s critical to positive mental health and how we can build upon it. We’ll also talk about self-care activities and how they can enhance our energy, our mindset and reduce stress.
