A little bit to know about when calling us
Roadside assistance is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Our customer service call centre is available Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm and Saturday from 9am-2pm. Outside of these hours you will be directed to our website or invited to leave a message. Our call centre is not available on national public holidays but we're around on local holidays such as Show Day or Regatta Day.
Insurance claims questions can be answered Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm. Our after hours claims emergency service is available 7 days a week.

Deaf, hearing or speech impairmentThe National Relay Service (NRS) is an Australian Government initiative that allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing and/or have a speech impairment to make and receive phone calls. There are a number of options available (including access by phone, web or teletypewriter (TTY)). It is available to everyone at no cost (except for your standard phone call or data costs).

Roadside assistance SMS
We have an SMS messaging service for all deaf, hearing-impaired and speech-impaired members. In the event of a breakdown, you can text the below details to 0408 552 349:
- 'Breakdown'
- Member number
- What's wrong with your vehicle
- Exact street address
- Vehicle make, model, colour and registration
We'll return your text within 10 minutes to confirm or let you know if we need more details. This number is for SMS only. If you need help over the phone, please call on 13 11 11. -
