Our customer call centre will be closed on all national public holidays.

Our branches will also be closed on all national public holidays.

A little bit to know about when calling us

Roadside assistance is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. 

Our customer service call centre is available Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm and Saturday from 9am-2pm. Outside of these hours you will be directed to our website or invited to leave a message.  Our call centre is not available on national public holidays but we're around on local holidays such as Show Day or Regatta Day.

Insurance claims questions can be answered Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm. Our after hours claims emergency service is available 7 days a week.

  • Deaf, hearing or speech impairment
    The National Relay Service (NRS) is an Australian Government initiative that allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing and/or have a speech impairment to make and receive phone calls. There are a number of options available (including access by phone, web or teletypewriter (TTY)). It is available to everyone at no cost (except for your standard phone call or data costs).

  • Roadside assistance SMS

    We have an SMS messaging service for all deaf, hearing-impaired and speech-impaired members. In the event of a breakdown, you can text the below details to 0408 552 349:

    • 'Breakdown'
    • Member number
    • What's wrong with your vehicle
    • Exact street address
    • Vehicle make, model, colour and registration


    We'll return your text within 10 minutes to confirm or let you know if we need more details. This number is for SMS only. If you need help over the phone, please call on 13 11 11.

  • Where English is your second language

    You can contact us through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) website or by calling them on 131 450 to arrange to speak to an interpreter.

    Let the TIS National interpreter know that you want to contact us on 13 27 22. This service is provided free of charge to you.
