Can I pay monthly?
Yes. We don't charge extra for paying by instalments.
What is a specified item?
If you have valuables that exceed the contents cover limit, you can specify them in your policy. See the home and contents PDS for cover limits.
How do I cancel my insurance?
To cancel your insurance policy, please phone us on 13 27 22 between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday, or between 9am - 2pm Saturday. Alternatively, you're welcome to visit us at one of our store locations.
