Common questions

  • What kind of boats do you cover?

    We cover boats capable of up to 50 knots for private use only.

  • Do all people navigating my boat need to be listed on my policy?

    No, as long as the person in control of your boat has your consent and a valid licence.

  • What do I do if I have an accident or my boat is stolen?

    First, notify the Police and Marine and Safety Tasmania (MAST). Then call us on 13 27 22.

  • How do I make a claim?

    Call us on 13 27 22, and your claims consultant will guide you through the process.

  • How do I cancel my insurance policy?

    To cancel your insurance policy, please phone us on 13 27 22 between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday, or between 9am - 2pm Saturday. Alternatively, you can pop in and see us at one of our store locations.
