Roadside exit survey terms
Terms and conditions:
Information on how to enter and eligibility to be entered into the draw and prize details form part of the conditions.
Eligibility for inclusion in this competition is open to only RACT members who receive the survey email.
Such persons are eligible to go into the draw, with the following exception:
This competition is restricted to members residing in the state of Tasmania.
All employees of the promoter and those companies in which it has an equity interest.
The immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter.
Competition closes at 5pm on the last day of each month.
To make a valid entry, entrants must fill in the survey and answer all relevant questions
Prize information: One (1) winners will win one (1) $100 Woolworths WISH Gift Card.
The prize winners will be notified by email or phone after the first day of each month.
Details as to the collection of the prizes will be provided at the time the prize winners are notified.
In the event of the prizes being refused, not accepted or not claimed by the 14th of each month, the draw will be declared null and void and a further draw will be arranged.
The prizes or any unused portion of the prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.
When completing the survey and entering this prize draw your personal information is being collected solely for the purposes of the prize draw and demographic/geographic data collection and will not be stored for any period longer than is necessary after the draw has been completed and the survey responses collated, such period being a maximum of two years, and does not impact your marketing or contact preferences you may have with RACT. The privacy of your personal information is important to us, and other than stated within these terms RACT’s privacy policy will apply to this matter.
