Vulnerability

Vulnerability is personal and varied, as everyone’s experiences are unique. It may be influenced by a variety of factors such as:

·         Age

·         Disability

·         Mental health conditions

·         Family and domestic violence

·         Language or literacy barriers

·         Cultural background

·         Remote location

·         Financial difficulty

Financial difficulty

Financial hardship is often due to an unexpected event or circumstances which are beyond your control, placing you in a position where you’re finding it difficult to make payments. If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, we’re committed to supporting you.

Family violence policy

If you’re in an emergency or unsafe, please call for help on 000.

We understand domestic, family and sexual violence is a very sensitive issue, which can make it difficult to disclose. We have processes in place to support you. If you’re experiencing family violence, we encourage you to let us know.
