Mark Mugnaioni leads RACT as Group Chief Executive Officer, bringing his backgroundSe in commercial law and previous experience as Chief Strategy Officer at RACQ to Tasmania's premier member-based automobile association.

Dr Blair Turner

Dr Blair Turner has almost 30 years of road safety experience across research, consulting and policy development. He is currently the independent Road Safety Expert on the Tasmanian Road Safety Advisory Council (RSAC) and is the Council representative on the Youth Road Safety Program Steering Committee.

Cynthia Heydon

Cynthia Heydon is the Deputy Secretary Transport in Tasmania’s Department of State Growth with responsibilities including network design, capital program delivery, road maintenance, passenger transport policy, procurement and regulation, road safety and registration and licencing.

Darren Hine

Darren Hine served with distinction in Tasmania Police for over 42 years, culminating in his 14-year tenure as Commissioner of Police and Secretary of the Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management until his retirement in October 2022.

Kathryn Westwood

Kathryn Westwood is an accomplished board chair and non-executive director with more than 15 years of governance experience across diverse Tasmanian industries including forestry, water, insurance, and education.

Dr Teresa Senserrick

Professor Teresa Senserrick PhD AFHEA(Indigenous Knowledges) is a Professor at The University of Western Australia (UWA), located on Whadjuk Noongar country in Boorloo (Perth). As Director of the Western Australian Centre for Road Safety Research, a joint initiative of UWA and the WA Road Safety Commission, she continues a research career dedicated to road safety since 1999

Jenny Burgess

Jenny Burgess graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education. She has also completed post-graduate studies in educational leadership and administration, and a Master of Education with a focus on literacy and numeracy teaching and assessment.
