Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I purchase a gift card?

    1. Log in to your online account. If you're having issues logging in you can find help here.

    2. Choose Membership from the menu on the left and then select the Woolworths eGift Card tile.

    3.  First time here? You'll need to enter your name, email, and phone number. Don't worry - this is just a one-time thing. Next time you visit, you'll go straight through.

    4. You'll be taken to the Everyday Gifting portal where you can browse and purchase your gift card.

  • Once I've purchased my card online, when can I actually use it?

    If you've selected an eGift card, they are typically delivered to the designated email within 10 minutes, and are available to use straight away! Physical gift cards will take up to 8 days to be received, but once in hand, will be available to use.

  • Can I use this gift card in store and online?

    The following Gift Cards can be redeemed both in store or online: Everyday WISH, Supermarkets, BIG W, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and Woolworths Shopping Cards.

    The following Gift Cards can be redeemed in store only: Essentials and Groceries only.

  • How can I check my balance and use my eGift card?

    Once you've purchased your eGift card online, we recommend you download the Everyday Rewards App. You can easily store your Everyday Rewards card, Gift Cards and Bank Cards in the Everday Pay wallet for a faster checkout experience.
