Fuel Rewards update

Thank you for your patience as we transition our fuel rewards program to a new partnership.
Unfortunately, United Petroleum has confirmed that their offer to RACT members ends tomorrow – 30 April 2025. To make the most of your fuel rewards, we encourage you to stop in at United or Astron and fill up before the end of Wednesday.
We know our members value the rewards we offer and we understand that the time between now and our new partnership announcement will be disruptive. We’re working extremely hard to finalise the details and we can’t wait to share them with you.

RACT is committed to delivering value to our members through our Member Rewards program, and we know that our fuel discount is one that provides significant savings for members.
In February, RACT announced it would not be renewing its current rewards partnership with United Petroleum when it expired later this year following a detailed review.
We are aware that United Petroleum are advising members that the current member discount will end from 30 April 2025 which is earlier than RACT had expected or planned. In some locations, members are also reporting that United Petroleum are no longer honouring the discount.
We’re sorry that members are experiencing this disruption and we are working with United Petroleum to resolve these issues. RACT expects the fuel discount to be honoured by United Petroleum and we have been assured that it will be available to members at all United Petroleum locations.

Our teams are working hard on a new partnership to ensure that members will continue to have access to fuel discounts. We will update members further on this as soon as possible.

Following a review of RACT's member rewards partnership with United Petroleum, and in light of recent workplace breaches at United Petroleum Franchisee operations, RACT has decided we will not be renewing our current agreement, which was due to expire later this year.
Members will continue to be able to access the current fuel offer through the RACT Member Rewards Program for the time being. Over the coming months, we will be introducing new reward opportunities that align with our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices. We look forward to sharing these updates soon.
