^Mopeds and scooters: For any 2- or 3-wheeled motor vehicle with an engine up to 50cc:

The driver must have a current Australian driver licence, or a valid licence for the country they are driving in (even if a licence is not required in that country). Australian learner permits are not accepted.
Both the driver and any passengers must wear helmets.
Cover is only for injuries to people while riding the moped or scooter. Damage to the vehicle itself is not covered.

For Mopeds or Scooters over 50CC conditions which is the driver must have a current Australian motorcycle licence, plus all the other conditions above.
