Pieter Kolkert

Pieter brings over 30 years of technology industry experience and deep knowledge of Tasmania's business landscape to the RACT and RACT Insurance Boards.

As CEO, Executive Director and part-owner of Intuit Technologies—Tasmania's largest private ICT company employing more than 150 staff—Pieter has been at the forefront of the state's technology sector since 2010. His leadership extends across multiple technology businesses including Managed Technology Services and Surebridge in Queensland.

Pieter has been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors for over 30 years over which time he has held a number of board roles.

Throughout his career, Pieter has demonstrated strong business acumen, having previously served as Executive Director and CFO of Comstra Pty Ltd and has successfully led multiple mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector.

Committed to staying ahead of industry developments, Pieter regularly attends technology conferences and seminars globally, maintaining strong relationships with leading technology partners worldwide including as a Member of the Dell Technologies Worldwide Advisory Board.

As an RACT Director, Pieter is passionate about helping the Club understand technology trends and leverage digital innovation to enhance services for RACT's 220,000 members while supporting the organisation's long-term financial sustainability.
