Ralph Doedens, of South Arm, joined the Board in August 2018.
Ralph is a former CEO of RACT Insurance and has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with 12 years in senior roles both with RACT and interstate. After leaving the insurance industry in 2012, Ralph became CEO of what is now Mosaic Support Services, a specialist community-based organisation in Tasmania providing services for people living with disabilities. An accountant by trade, Ralph has a proven record of applying strong analytical skills to develop and implement innovative solutions to ensure success.
His professional and academic qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Tasmania, he is a fellow of CPA Australia and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Ralph is a Director and Treasurer of Crime Stoppers Tasmania, a Councillor of CPA Australia Tasmania Division and is also volunteering his services for the Supported Affordable Accommodation Trust.
