We’re excited to share that our Kingston store is now open in its new home, and it's already proving very popular!
Feedback from some of our first visitors is that "The store is beautiful, the service is wonderful"; that our staff offer "nice, professional, good service" and that the space is "appealing, with great staff, and welcoming."
We've already seen more in-store visits and a higher volume of calls than the previous store had over the same time period last year, and if you haven't popped by yet, we look forward to welcoming you in and offering you a cuppa.
The new store can be found in the heart of Kingston's growing community at the brand-new Spring Farm Village complex, 200 Channel Hwy, Kingston (opposite Bunnings).

Opening fun
We celebrated the opening of our new store alongside all of our Spring Farm Village neighbours at a Family Fun Day on May 30.
Thousands of Tasmanians turned up to see the new spaces, enjoy the entertainment and grab some fun freebies.
We had so much fun meeting members, reading our picture book YIPPEE!, making badges, giving away brollies, bags and kids packs. By the end of the day our huge colouring-in board was filled with all the colours of the rainbow.
Luckily Tim Jardine, our Roadside Patrol Team Leader, was on hand for free winter car safety checks, because part way through the event a call came through for roadside assistance within the carpark and he was able to get there in record time!

The new Kingston store has been designed with you, our members, in mind. You’ll can book an appointment at a time that suits you to renew your membership, update your insurance, process a claim and more.
Our new location has also allowed us to expand our Driver Training services, providing more flexibility when booking lessons and easier access for learners in the Kingston area and beyond.
The new Kingston store mirrors the contemporary Eastlands store, with a design palette inspired by the Tasmanian landscape, including rich forest greens and contemporary timber detailing, as well as an inviting guest lounge with complimentary coffee service.
We know convenience matters, and that’s why Spring Farm Village is the perfect new home for the Kingston store. The modern complex has plenty of parking, making it even easier to pop in and see us.
