Born and raised in the Netherlands, Toby has been calling Hobart home for the past three years after a chance encounter led him to meet his Tasmanian wife while on a boat traveling to Iceland. An avid diver and home gardener, he has come to love the Tassie way of life.
With a previous background in policing, Toby turned to becoming a driving instructor as it would allow him to have a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
